Ed Landry is the President of Collingwood Appraisals Ltd. Mr. Landry is a professional, accredited AACI member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. In addition, he has received the RI designation from the Real Estate Institute of BC. Ed also holds the Certified Reserve Planner (CRP) designation from the Real Estate Institute of Canada. The CRP designation is the preeminent national designation signifying a professional with the expertise to complete reserve fund studies and depreciation reports for condominiums, institutions, corporations and government entities.
